THE FOUNDERS

CELESTE THOMAS:

Celeste Thomas lives in Denver and is a retired public school speech/language pathologist.  She was born and raised in the Chicago area and migrated west to attend graduate school at the University of Denver (DU) where she met Sharon Glenn (nee Murphy), also a DU speech/language grad student.  Sharon and Celeste became fast friends, roommates, and eventual colleagues working in the same school district.  Starting in 1986, Celeste began promoting the message of chastity to audiences throughout the U.S., including annual Mother/Daughter and Father/Son talks in the Denver Archdiocese.  On July 15, 2003, Celeste embraced the vocation of ‘Consecrated Virgin Living in the World’’, being consecrated by Archbishop Charles Chaput at Denver’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.  Celeste actively loves and lives her Catholic Faith and is delighted that her longstanding idea of making bobbleheads of saints has finally become a reality!  

SHARON & JIM GLENN:

Sharon (Murphy) Glenn, lives in Greenwood Village, Colorado and is a retired public school speech/language pathologist.  She migrated from New Jersey to Denver to attend graduate school at the University of Denver where she met Celeste, a fellow speech/language grad student, who became her roommate, lifelong friend, professional colleague and now, business partner, bringing bobblehead saints from an idea to a reality.  Sharon, who grew up in a large Irish Catholic family, has been married to Jim Glenn since 1982 and they are proud parents of 2 sons and a daughter and recently have welcomed a grandson, the son of their oldest son and his wife.  Sharon loves the active lifestyle available in Colorado and hopes that Saint Bobbleheads inspire everyone to become a saint!

 Jim Glenn, a Colorado native, lives with his wife, Sharon, in Greenwood Village, Colorado and works in the oil and gas business.  He and Sharon married in 1982 and have graced the world with two sons, a daughter, and now, a recent grandson, the son of their oldest son and his wife.  Jim embraces the active lifestyle offered to Coloradans and continues to enjoy every moment he can spend skiing and participating in various other mountain pursuits!  Jim was intrigued immediately by the idea of bobblehead saints and eagerly partnered with Sharon and Celeste to bring this unique idea to life.  He encourages everyone to follow the saints to Heaven!
